after each episode. It is really satisfying seeing Senku and the others build modern things from scratch.
This Season has the same feel as the first season which was obviously very Entertaining. A lot of new characters are introduced and each and every one of them are so cool.
For an action shounen which set up this season as a big war between the two factions of the story, the action is unbelievably underwhelming. The battle scenes are awkwardly directed, the tension is non-existent since every fight gets resolved in an instant, and the animation/sound are serviceable at best.
The second season of the anime, Dr. Stone: Stone Wars, debuted in January 2021. With the possible exception of Asia, Crunchyroll broadcast the whole series, while Funimation provided a translated version. In May 2021, the anime had its Toonami air on television.
